Non-destructive elemental testing using a vacuum-enabled Thermo Scientific ARL QUANT’X.
Sample requirement: slightly over 1 g is generally sufficient. Powder is preferred, but any samples may also be accepted.
Note: XRF is a surface or near-surface measurement, so results represent the analyzed surface region.
